Carl I sent you an email with my phone number, there are a few things in that fuse panel that shouldn't be mixed together as it would connect your house and your engine batteries if you were to wire them together. I would think the first thing I would do is get the house batteries hooked up. Then start working on rebuilding the fuse panel that was there. At some point you might want to give Newell a call and ask him if there are any diagrams for that area.
