When I first saw the pic, I went oh no!
Those look like the colors of 12V wiring that Newell uses. That green is usually ground.
There are a couple of things to investigate. First thing I would do is activate everything 12V powered and see what doesn’t work. Second, look in the panel over the microwave and see if those colors feed a harness up there that provided info to the original inverter control panel.
I will take a look at mine today and get back with you, but no two Newells are alike.
