Agreed. I have only used the lock when working on the air system(fully depleted of air), and I wanted to make sure that the door stayed shut. I just got the keypad kind of working(beeping), but still haven't reset the code as I can't get the reset button to work. Incidentally, the fobs aren't working either. I will try to tackle that this weekend. Fun stuff.

One of my locks are damaged. Can someone tell me how the inside panel should be removed from the door? I am unfamiliar with how Newell typically attaches upholstery panels.

Hey JD,
I'm at one of my factories in China right now, but I should be able to run out to the bus on Sunday and figure it out(if you haven't already). As I got the keypad functioning, I haven't had a need to take the panel off yet.
Interestingly enough, I pulled the bus out of the bay the other day, and heard a "BAMM".... turns out I forgot to open the window covering on that door and it slammed down(open) cracking the plexiglass/acrylic off on the inside. Now it's right in my face every time I leave the bus, so I WILL need to be taking that inner door panel off soon.
