Contact Hendersons Lineup in Grants Pass OR. They have the tie rod ends and drag lonk ends. The IFS 84 was also used on the high end Country Coach rigs. They are metric. Newell also was selling them as an assembly.
To my knowledge, no one has successfully matched those ends to the gazillion commercially available truck tie rod ends. I am not saying it isn’t possible, just that I have not seen that info posted.
If you go through the trouble of replacing the tie rod ends, be aware the rod ends on the center link are adjustable for slop. They should also get some attention, since you will have to do an alignment afterward.
