I had both of the original Fantastic Fans replaced with MaxxFan Delux 7000K This is the white cover integral rain hood.
I over paid for the fans at Camping World. But I could get them that day.
The installer was ADABOY RV in Loveland Co. Y RVhttps://adaboyrv.com/ Good man stood by his quote. Fair pricing. I would recommend for most all coach side of things. He is not a chassis guy.
The fans can have a remote mounted just like the Fantastic Fans, for now I just have the hand held remotes mounted in the respective cabinets. Not as convenient for sure hut it's really nice how much quieter the new covers are going down the road. These fans have all the same functionality. Like variable speed control (in steps of 10%), automatic temperature control, plus the ability to reverse the flow, so they can draw in or push out.
Also nice to not have a 14" hole in the rood covered by a trash bag. The Fantastic Fans were so sun rotted that one of the lids ripped off (yes it was closed) during a wind storm. So I had traveled about 1000 miles with that bag flapping in the wind.
I tried to attach some photos but the system is not having it.
