Last time I was talking to the guys in Miami, Oklahoma, I decided I am a 3 digit buyer. I own an acreage in Las Vegas and am starting the improvements for multiple pads with hook-ups. At some point my wife and I will pull the trigger and purchase a Newell with a three digit number. The much anticipated full-time life will include stays in Las Vegas as well as loops around the US and Canada.

In the mean time, I am collecting information that will help in our future purchase.

If you know the coach number for any of the question marked ones, I'd appreciate the information.

By collecting this database of photos and information, I expect the future purchase decision to be easier and based on a better depth of knowledge. In addition this forum, and others, will add to my technical understanding. 

Many say never trust anything found on the internet. They are wrong because there is a wealth of experience and knowledge available online. Online forums like this one.

I can add some information and corrections:

Your 404-1998 is actually 494 (likely a typo as 404 was a 1996)
Your 441 includes photos of two separate coaches: the 1st several photos look like 456 however the floorplan and those following are actually 441
Your 487 is a typo it is actually 478
Your 496 is a duplicate of 495, I don't know what 496 looks like but it was shipped out of the U.S. when it was completed.
Your 760 is correct but be aware that it has had some repainting. All areas that were painted the same color as the top 1/2 of the front of the coach are now a greenish blue, other colors are still the same.
Your 1180 is actually 802 (there was never an 1180, the ad left off the last digit of the VIN)
Your ?-1984 is Sequence #31 (not sure what the coach # was) NOTE: Prior to 1990 coach number was not in the VIN, the last 2 digits of the VIN was the model year sequence number.
Your ? 1990a is 215
Your ? 1996a is 420
Your ? 1996c is 413
Your ? 1997c is 441
Your ? 1997d is 457
Your ? 1998 42' is 470
Your ? 1999 is 516
Your ? 1999 $125000 is 506
Your ? 1999a is also 516 (same coach as your ? 1999)

So much more Photoshop work needed to make the photos better. Surprising how people marketing Newells take such poor photos, even dealers.

Of the Newells I've collected, it is 748 that is the most appealing because of the 40' length and 4 slides. Loads of room, yet easier to fit into tighter turns. The front entry saves galley counter space. Not sure about the CAT/ZF combo, but sure it would perform well on the mountain passes.

We all have favorites, this is mine. (So far.)

#748 was last sold in 2014. It is 40'6" long, has Valid electric slides, ZF suspension (photo is a good example of the steering tag axle in operation, a Cat C13 with 525 HP and an Allison 6 speed World Transmission. It is a three slide coach, 2 salon slides and 1 in bedroom.

Very nice coach. One of only two 2005 Newells less than 45' long, the other was #724 at 40' 6" also. There were two 2006 Newells less than 45' also but they were longer (#780 at 42' 6" and #773 at 43' 8"). In 2004 #710, the shortest at 42' 6" and #700 at 43' 6" were the only ones less than 45'.
