If it is the one shown in Forest's photo, the following is the Delta part number which I got from Tom:
Delta RP25513;; stem assembly
carded parts; in Unfinish
2ea 21.450 42.90
2001 Newell #579
tow a Honda Odyssey
fun car: 1935 Mercedes 500K replica
Thanks Forest and Chester.. That is the one and the stem assembly is just what I think I need. Getting slow leaking from the center plastic pivot piece the knob attaches on to which is part of the stem.

Just replaced them both. Lowes had the seats and springs and the exact Delta stem replacement. took longer to drive 3 miles to Lowes than to replace them. HA

I have the same faucet but different handles....My handles are square with a little round piece on top. (Just like Forest's picture except square) Does anyone know how to take the handle apart to get to the stems? It looks like the top part should come off, but I did not have any luck. (Of course, I did not want to break it, so I was pretty gentle)
Had similar in my Wanderlodge and the only problem I had was figuring out how to get at the screws inside where the cartridge was located. A pair of channel locks and a towel (to protect the gold finish) enabled me to remove the top gold cap on each of the faucets... Assuming these would work the same way...
