we met clarke and elaine at anaconda mt. we spent a good chunk of the afternoon in the hot springs, then came back and had dinner together and then back to the hot springs for a while and then back to our coach for movie night. we watched hunger games.

the pictures were in the hot springs and clarke is in the dunking chair. monty python style.

then the new driver of the newell can be seen if you look close through the window and you can also see him driving the car.

the sunsets have been spectacular here.

friday we part ways and we are off to idaho falls. a very good friend of ours owns snakeriver rv park there and we will spend a night there.

it is supposed to be down to the mid to low 30's tonite. the aquahot is on and purring.

cool here but it was still over a 100 at home in mesa, az today.

Had a great time with Tom and Darlene yesterday.....we arrived around 11 am so had a great long day of soaking in the hot springs, and non stop conversation. Seems like we were here more than a day.

we spent sat-wed in salt lake city and had a great time. spent time with forest and cindy and got to eat their gumbo again....

we drove 300 miles to leeds utah down by st george today. super strong side wind gusts all day long made driving not as much fun as usual.

we are approaching the end of an amazing 4 months on the road. when we get home on friday we will have covered 5000 miles and a ton of states and alberta. made a bunch of new friends and strengthened friendships with many many more.

i am already looking forward to the next trip whenever it may be.

we spent the night at blakeranch rv park outside of kingman, az. i put a recommendation of it on the big rig friendly section.

this morning we make the short 150 mile hop to our daughters in surprise az. will spend a nite there and see her family and the grandkids then head home to mesa. (about 55 miles all in the phoenix metro area).

darlene and i hope that if any of you gurus are traveling through this way that you will stop and visit us.
