I searched the term relay and read through 11 pages of post to see if this was covered. I could not find it. As a lot of you are aware the coach i bought had been broken into and as much of the wiring they could get their hands on had been stolen. I have completely rewired the underside of the coach and all systems work as far as i can tell. Only issue i found after rebuilding the underside power panel is I don't know what this relay and circuit breaker is for.  Marked in picture with white arrows.

Carl I am not at home right to research this but for some reason the first thing that came to mind was the alarm system. Great job considering that you had nothing but strands of wires. Thumbs up!

Does it activate when the ignition is switched on?

Nothing on that panel is activated from the ignition. Under coach lights and door locks are activated from either house or chassis batteries, everything else is only on the house side.

The alarm relay is in the bay right behind the passenger steer tire, I'm thinking it has something to do with how all the ceiling lights are wired with 5 different switches and perhaps this combines them like a 4 way switch in a house. I did find the original panel cover for my coach. It was under the couch with the stereo component shelves. It lists a 10 amp fuse for "deep freeze" would that be the A/C or possibly an actual freezer? Wasn't aware of a 12v deep freezer. At least not in 96 plenty for off grid solar things these days.

Carl get a wire tracer hook it up to the output of the relay find out where it goes. I have a hard time thinking that there was a 12 volt freezer in there also.

Currently rebuilding my Aquahot. But I'll see what I can find out after and report back. With the pictures you sent me and ones I got from someone else on FB they both have the relay. Thought it might be something simple.

Mystery solved! This relay goes from the heater on the dash and turns on a water pump at the drivers rear of the engine to push hot water to the front. Since most older coaches have this i figured id let everyone know what and where it was.
