My ailse lights not working, i dont have 12v to bedroom floor or the kitchen floor lights. I have searched both fuse panel not kinding a fuse blown. Would anyone have sugestion.

A good starting point would be at the switch. Verify that there is or isn't power to the switch. Also , my experience is with a much older Newell. It has 3 way switches in the front and back for the aisle lights. If there is no power to the switch, it's time to chase the wire to the 12 volt source. Good luck
