There are rubber o-rings under the solenoids, they go bad, and leak. I've replaced many, it's an easy fix.

I replaced the orings when I redid the 7-packs a year or so ago but will check them this afternoon when we get to a stopping point. I think there is a glass bowl of sorts inside that metal piece and it has a small crack in it from what I can tell… hopefully it’s ok to travel until I can order another one

I just replaced the o rings and poppet valves on my rear 6 pack and removed the water separator that was next to it, I have been told by the pro's to get rid of them just because of what your saying the plastic cracks and leaks.

That air separator back there is a KNOWN culprit. The polycarbonate bowl gets brittle and splits.

Some may have even eliminated it. Not calling any names.

Can I just bypass that water separator?

I did and used the T and gauge to plumb into the six pack.

I didn't see a video link. But, good luck...you've got some good advice.

My GO TO tool to find leaks...BAR NONE...is my AMPROBE with the tube attached!!!! It is SOOoo specific that you can put it on a single valve (o-ring), fitting, etc. and pinpoint exactly which one it is, despite being next to many others.

I made 2 videos to demo the tool...and notice where I use it! ;-)
