Hi, can anyone tell me about the bedboard switch?  When I use it I hear a motor run but do not notice anything moving.  Still learning?

Should raise the bed to access the storage underneath. Push it the other way

On 653, the bed board switch would run the motor but you had to help it get started by lifting the mattress by hand. 

The way that they arranged the motor, it puts a huge amount of pressure on the gears and they would not grab at first.
