Beautiful coach Billy!  I contacted Newell service regarding installing a copilot seat and was assured the framework for the seat is welded into place under the flooring.  I understand this configuration was used on a number of race team coaches and Newell has readily added the seat to other coaches.  I was told the cost of labor is around $2,000 and the seat is probably around $7,000 - $8,000 - not bad at all in my opinion.

I then showed my wife the photos and she would prefer a different paint scheme.  I will need to continue looking for a similar coach, but I thought I would pass along what I learned to hopefully help others here.  Good luck with the sale!
