Audible alerts on Silveleaf
#1

I was wondering what monitors for which others might set alerts. The obvious one to me when I first set up Silveleaf was for coolant temp. I've added an audible for battery voltage after my belts shredded due to the (new!) A/C compressor locking up.

Just wondering what others are doing here for proactive alerting.

I had set up a siren for max speed. Easy to get carried away going downhill in the mountains.

I have an external audible for that. Unfortunately, the sensor is not as reliable as I'd like. It tends to alert at a lower value than I would prefer.

I set up alarms for oil pressure, volts, max. engine coolant at 200, max. oil at 200 and transmission at 240.

Remember you can record a *.wav file (I think it's .wav) to say anything you want and point that to whatever alarm you want. IIRC.
Good to hear from you Chester.

I also have an alert for speed
Her name is Phyllis. She does a great job of reminding me of my speed
