Update on old listing/thread.
Had fellow look at this coach for me and is too much for a guy in NM to consider.
Project coach, exterior rough, interior nice, flat tires, been sitting outside for 3 + years. Owner motivated, had lowered to 20K, but aware is not worth much as is. I would bet ANY offer would be considered.
Difficult communication with seller as she works long hours and is selling for estate. Took several months to arrange an actual visit to coach.

Batteries disconnected, unable to even try to start. Maybe has been run occasionally in past three years to move about property.
