I replaced all my indicator lights on my '86 with LED lights from various sources. If you do a Google search on 'led dash indicator lights' you'll find lots of sources.
Can't tell from the picture, but does your indicator have a replaceable bulb? Those can be replaced with LED bulbs too.

How were you able to access the dash? Remove the dash, or go up from the floor area . I have been unsuccessful in removing the dash panel and replacing several gauges... Something is restricting the lifting of the panel

I went up from the floor area, not my favorite thing to do :-( I will eventually install a new dash once it's up and running again. Most of my gauges will no longer work with the engine swap so I'm working on a digital dash solution.

I have not endeavored to pull the whole dash as of yet. If you twist and wiggle the indicator lights a bit and they will pop out. But one must be very careful not to let the wires fall back in the dash or I will have to pull my dash. LOL
