I have to replace one roller and get the lexan door lock. Do you have a specific address or contact at Newell that I can order their lexan lock?
For the roller, I am in contact with Gil Johson (the other prevost interloper) about getting rollers ordered. It seems odd that no other high end converters would have the rollers. Do you think fore travel, marathon, feather lite or Liberty may have them? I can't go to my converter (country coach) as they have been bought and sold twice & are now part of Winnebago.
Check with Chuck in parts at Newell. 888-363-9355

We used a vinyl coated coat hanger and formed a ring so it would hold on at the same place as the Newell lean door lock. Works great and you don't even notice it there...

Billy, when you get to Newell...ask where to find Chuck in the parts department. Chuck is the Parts Manager and is a nice guy. Get to know him. He will sell you anything you need. If you ask the service department, they will assign one of the techs to go get the part....and at $120/hr it will cost you more than it should. Ask me how I know this!

the parts are very very expensive.
newell also sells a CNC homemade lexan locking piece that you hang over the door to lock it so it wont move while driving. i will take some pictures and post when i can. 15 dollars each.
