I would be concerned about rusty water coming out.

Good catch Michael, guess jet lag is catching up to me.
You should track down that rusty water and get that corrected before it becomes a bigger problem.

The first time I drained it mine was rusty and the more often i drained it the clearer it got and this was done from the petcock at the bottom of the tank in the compressor bay

I would normally open that small valve screw under the tank in front bay above the 110 compressor and using small plastic cup I drain it every two months or so , get about half of cup of latte color like water!
