Hi. I am new the forum and I am looking to buy a Newell in a about year so I am trying to do my research well ahead of time. While I love every Newell I have seen, the island bed layout really grabs me more than the other floorplans. I plan on buying a 2004-2005 model and was wondering if anyone knows when they started building this floorplan, and maybe how many of this floorplan were made, as it seems very hard to find VS the traditional bed on one side or other

First one I know of was a 2005.

I am not aware of any prior to the 2004 models. There were at least two 2004 models with the center island bed, #703 and 714. I am aware of at least four in 2005, #722, 732, 745 and 746.
