My bad -  it’s wifi but the question still remains.  It is generally accepted that WiFi is good for 150’ indoors and 300’ outdoors.  How are you able to communicate with the Watchdog over long distance?

In our case, we have a cellular router in the coach. It is its own wifi station no matter where it is in this country and of course service being good. We use a dual carrier modem but have had excellent luck with T-mobile for $50 a month data plan.
