Quick update. Called Newell and Reeves had just ordered the part an hour earlier. Reeves lied twice to me over a 2 week period about having parts on order. Decided to just let him finish the work rather than start all over again. Reeves won't be on my list of places to get repairs.

If the place that you are having work done (maybe in the future) is close to you then you can order the parts from Newell and take them to the service center to have them installed - they may charge you more but at least you would not have to wait on them to order the parts…
