I leave the Headhunter water pump on all the time activate auto fill on the silver leaf panel and forget about it. I am full timer and have no reason to drain the tank. If you turn on auto and nothing happens, there is a plug in the front overhead that has to be connected to a computer to activate the auto fill function. Had Newell fix that during a visit.
