tomorrow they hope to have the rear and the front wall done.

short 80 sheets of OSB and 80 2x10's so more lumber to come.

good to see progress. and my grand daugther is excited to get 1 penny per nail she picks up with a magnet pole. she has made nearly 5 bucks so far.

That's cheap flat tire prevention!

Tom,
I did 3/4" plywood on my last shop walls. More expensive? Yes. Could I put up anything anywhere? Yes. I was going to put frp over about a 1/3 or so to create a wash area, but sold the place before I got too it. But I also had a metal framed structure, so there was good support for the plywood. Given what you've got, I don't think there's going to be a right or wrong answer. Everything will be a trade off in some respect. Plywood is expensive, osb can't really handle moisture, frp is too thin to put up alone, and you can't just leave it bare (though this may be the best choice!).

Here's what I am planning to use on my walls. 3/4" plywood with fiberglass laminated unto both sides. around $1.00/ sq. ft. delivered. The pieces can be up to 40' long and 8.5' wide so there will be very few seams!!!

Here's a website that shows the material. I don't know where the actual material I have was manufactured. Our son used the poly honey-comb panels for the floor of the bass boat he built.
Some use a 1 5/8" plastic rivet that has a 1/2" shank to mount the plywood material. I am planning to use a large steel screw similar to cabinet mounting screws on the perimeter with a construction adhesive and one row of screws down the middle of the field.
I'm sourcing my material from a local lumberyard. I think they buy blems and over-runs from truck box and RV manufacturers.

the framing continues. the have the back wall, the two sidewalls completed and most of the front wall done. one of the glue lams was too short so that will get exchanged today. you can see they framed the front and back walls ontop of the two side walls.

a slight change in plans to make sure the walls are set square and dont shift when the massive roof trusses are put on.

they will finish the framing friday and have a crane here monday morning to set the walls. then they will finish squaring and sheathing the walls. once they are firm, they will call the crane back out to set the trusses.

it will finally take shape.
