So finally I have gotten the right parts and have been fixed. It was an adventure.
I ended up buying the shaft keys from an auto parts store.
All in all this cost me about 8000 or so to replace the fan assembly and the front portion of the fan motor (the overhung adapter).
The fan was about 800 after taxes and shipping.
The overhung adapter was 4100 after taxes and shipping.
The labor ended up being about 2100 from a rate of 185 an hour.
I also had to stay in campgrounds for about 2.5 weeks and hotels for 5 nights. That cost at least another 800-1k.
All in all, this sucked because I had bought the coach only a month ago, but at least it is running now and I hope the memories will make up for the short-term costs.
