backroadrunner do you have slides? If so the slide seal track is glued to the frame of the opening the adhesive gives way over time and water will go under the track and into the floor area. Also there is no way for water to drain that is another problem with rear slides I cut out a slot on the front and rear and resealed the seal track no more water. Check underneath the window on the wall press to see if its soft from rotting.

If your like Carl and no slides then what I explained has no bearing.
