i agree with richard. are you sure they know how to do slide seals? is it a flat floor seal or bed raised seal?
i have an 02 and doing the front salon seal is not for the faint hearted, i have done several. the 02 is more difficult to do a front salon seal than the late 90s. different ram hookups.
the truck stuff is just getting parts but it could take a while. hopefully not. the slide seal is a 1 day job at newell, a 2 day job when i do it and i have helped other shops by phone that had a tough time doing it...i fixed one that a shop did that really should not have done it. not trying to scare you, just making sure that they know what they are doing on the seal. very few places can do a newell slide seal.
