Richard - Your logic flow is identical to what I have done. Finally connected into the line in the compressor bay and am now functional. Yippee! In the process of doing that I may have also found a leak in the moisture filter in the same compartment. Wasn’t noticeable when running the onboard compressor but very much so on my jerry-rigged system. Ordered a new one from the mother ship.

Nice to have something to do on these beautiful summer days in northern Michigan.
