Threaded connector nut

Simon, To fix that lock ring is going to mean taking each pin out of the old plug and put it into the new connector....if you can find one.  A semi permanent fix would be take a piece of heat shrink and slide it over the connector/wire bundle then connect the plug and slide the heat shrink back over the connected plug assy and apply heat.
