It was time to change out my resin on my DI system and I have to say I did a version of this video.  I could not figure out why he spliced that tube vs. just using one solid piece of tube which is what i did.  Was a standard size PVC from Home Depot and oddly enough the pre-cut little chunk was the perfect length.  Could not have been easier and took all of 15 minutes from start to finish with zero mess.
