I found this very useful when I rebuilt my 1986 steering column. https://www.crankshaftcoalition.com/wiki...ebuild.pdf
I replaced the steering column in my 1973 coach with one from a wrecking yard. It added headlights and wiper control to the steering column so I was able to remove them from the dash. If you do that, make sure you use relays, most more modern steering wheels aren't designed to carry the amperage required.
