Tony,
In the words of a famous Newell owner, if you hear hoof beats behind you think horses, not zebras. In other words, if nothing has changed about your air setup…It’s a pretty good bet that you have developed an air leak somewhere. There are lots of threads on here about looking for said air leak.
4 minutes from empty to a full air tank sounds about right to me. So the good news is that your compressor sounds like it is doing ok. When the compressor shuts down, if you hear a weird noise like “psssssft” right at the end of a run, then the unloader valve is also working.
I would first look / listen carefully in every basement bay for an air leak. Next I would do the same for each slide. (Especially near the center on the bottom where the ends of the slide bladders are connected). Don’t forget the generator bay. Finally, listen carefully around the drivers seat, and any air operated toilets. If you dont find the leak this way, you can use bubble solution and one of those Infinicon air leak detectors. I bet you will find your leak. Also, during your inspection…look for any push on connectors. You should plan on replacing ALL of those that you see. They will eventually all leak.
Good luck!
Bill
