I removed both but only replaced right, left was fine after comparing to new. Took a lot of pulling (sideways) w a helper to help ‘spread’ the doorframe to remove the top rail piece between them. I think I popped the right one off first.

Didn’t disassemble anything other than removing the door, then the plastic truck insert (which I replaced), then popping the center piece off those connectors.
