We used www.custommattressfactory.com and have been very pleased. They have all the standard sizes but also do custom (including the radius corners and fold at top that we needed for a perfect fit in our coach 1202).[url=http://custommattressfactory.com/][/url]
Check out their website and you can give them a call if you need a custom shape. They walked me through their different mattress types based on a few questions about our sleep styles, etc… then asked for specific measurements and any radius/folds needed. They emailed me a quote within 10 minutes. Once I placed the order, shipping was only a few weeks for our custom shape/size and it is very comfortable.
