That number won’t do you any good. Air bags are made of three parts, the bladder, the top plate, and the bottom plate. Manufacturers mix and match all three to get a specific part for a specific application. Unfortunately all you can see when the air bag is mounted is the bladder number.

Those air bags do not look old at all. I don’t see any age cracks. It is entirely possible the leak is around the bottom bell (search for air bag burp), and you will NEVER detect it because the leak is inside the supporting horn on the bottom.
