Thanks Richard - I was thinking more of a motion sensor type, but have since found this faucet which looks interesting:

Since it is a wall mount, I could make a low-profile stainless mount to keep it minimalist/clean looking.  What I really like is the built-in hose bibb for temperature controlled water hose water.

I've come full-circle from not wanting a faucet to wanting one with everything.  LOL
