I believe the converter circuit breaker is for what is now called an inverter .
Our '86 has a battery switch located in the passenger side engine bay which is related to the two 8D chassis batteries . There is another switch for the house batteries , located in their compartment . Your rear circuit panel appears to be the same as ours , here is a copy of the legend that came with the coach .
