Tank rinse system re-repair

It is not going to stick. The tanks are mid molecular weight polyethylene polymer. Slicker than snot to adhesives. Epoxies, even ones with less modulus ( rigidity) like G/Flex don’t bite on the slick surface.

Either spin weld it, or look for some sort of flange that compresses against a gasket.
