Tom,
I have the "Palm Springs" Vitricore ceiling that is an oval with a strip down the middle of the coach and a circle with lines in the bedroom... oh and all over the place little pieces. I have reglued most of it at this point. If you were to take it all down, you could use 3m Trim adhesive (spray both sides, wait till tacky and stick it up. Works great. HOWEVER, overspray is a big issue.
I have been using Gorilla Glue in a squeeze bottle. used VERY sparingly and spread evenly it won;t squeeze out and when dry will stay where it's placed. I use 2x4's and press clamps (the ones that you can reverse...harbor freight)

of an appropriate length. Put them under some pressure and let dry overnight. If you cannot get the squeeze bottle far enough in the crevice to glue, buy a set of blunt tipped syringes
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B93...UTF8&psc=1
and just fill them up, use them till you're done and toss in the trash.
The MOST import thing is NOT to use too much. A little dab will do ya. I spread it with a popsicle stick if it's "globby"
Hope this helps.
