The rest of the furniture is hand made in the Newell shop. Newell has looked at other manufacturers (from what I hear) but Villa is the only company that can / will make sofas in 1” increments. Villa made my two sofas and one is 93” and the other 95” if I remember. Fit like a glove into existing spaces. Newell ordered and installed the sofas.
