Hello out there!
I'm new to this forum, so please advise if I am missing something or more information is needed.
My husband and I are just entering our 50's and have completed all of our "childrearing responsibilities". We have been looking into full-time RV lifestyle for the last 2 years, which has led us to Newell Coaches. I realize that whatever you own will always need upkeep, but I do not want my husband working daily on a fixer-upper. We are going to PA to check out #1274 this week and have scheduled an inspection to take place at an RV repair shop suggested by Newell, but after reading some of these posts, I am concerned. I watched the video link from Flatlander 1 (thank you), and after seeing the updated posting from the Private seller, it looks like the laminate was replaced. I have run a VIN check and there are no accidents, damages, claims, etc. This all seems good and fine, but after flying to Dallas to check out #751, I am concerned that sometimes an owner would not want to place an insurance claim, because they would hope to get more by selling the unit.
Sorry, this seems like a long intro... I am just hoping that with all of the experience that this forum offers, someone out there will have some information that will either redirect us or calm our concerns.
Any information, suggestions, warnings and/or encouragement is much appreciated!
Thank you in advance!
