I did the exact thing with our old gas motorhome Clarke. In the middle of the night, half asleep, filled the gas tank with diesel. Got about 1 block. Unfortunately it was in Ca. and the EPA got involved. Can't recall how much it ended up costing but it was enough to buy a T-Bird.(well, maybe not quite that much) Hope it all works out for you and hasn't done any permanent damage.
