Well, an update.
The generator ran for 12 hrs straight overnight, after running the engine parallel for 3 hrs to assist in the charging system. So what I am finding is the generator engine will die if the batteries are near 11 volts and I try and add a load like the range. So what I am doing now is, running the generator when the volts come down to about 12.0 while boondocking.
Are my batteries so bad that the BMS gets overwhelmed when an additional load is added while its charging ?
I don't think its the Fuel filters, because I have gauges on both sides of both filters and they all read no restriction. I have 5.5 PSI going into the pump. I did replace the filters about 75 engine hrs ago, and that didn't make a change until I replaced the control panel. Running for 12 hrs at 100 amp charging says its under its maximum load.
I can make it until Bella Terra and the Guru get together, then I hope to tear into it further.
