I would think it would be a lot to retrofit ..but how do you know other than it not working? 
Look at your ABS module and look for a code that looks like 6S/4M ...
The- manual attached to this thread says that you can have sensors on 6 wheels but brake modulators on either 4 or 6 wheels. The code will tell you what you have. It's right on the front of the WABCO controller.
