The first thing that comes to my mind is a basic rule of the hotel/B&B industry is to either BE a destination or be NEAR a destination.
Those in the real estate rental business say a rule of thumb is that you should get 1%/month of the property's value for it to survive economically.
If a facility like that was in an area I wanted to visit I would certainly be interested in renting.
