Newell changed from the Classic to the 2000 with the 1990 models. The front cap was changed in 2000 but the more dramatic change didn't come until the 2005 models with the 2000i completed in the 2006 models with the P2000i.

The 2013 models saw the introduction of the current 2020P series.
