Newell said the problem is probably from being over torqued.
The nuts/studs which screw over the fixed studs have a flange and threads on the outside for the individual nut that holds the outside tire. when taking off the outside tire is when 7 nuts broke off with that stud which screws over the fixed stud. So now I can get the outside tire off and 3 studs but the remaining studs have no way to remove as the square end for a socket is not there. The remaining shank is what I was able to slide some sacrificial nuts over and weld to the stud.
If I can Manage I will post pics of the broken nuts.
