WOW, I just went 44 hours between compressor cycles! Actually, I needed something out of the coach & opened the door or it would have gone a little longer. I think I can go on to another project now. We all know another leak will happen but I'll enjoy it while it lasts. The suspension was in manual levelling mode & it didn't move at all for the last 3 days.
How I got to this point? This week I replaced the 2 pocket door valves & fittings, all fittings on the three door emergency valves, the entry door fittings between the valve and the cylinder and a bunch of fittings in the curbside pneumatic compartment behind the tag. I sprayed leak detector fluid on fittings and placed the borescope looking at the backside of some fittings and go work on another project. Every now & then would wander over & look at the camera and would eventually see a tiny bubble-Gotcha! Repair, move on to the next one & repeat. It works well in cold weather since the fluid doesn't dry up so fast. It didn't work at all in the summer.

Wow...ok, now you're just bragg'n!! LOL
Seriously, congrats on having THE TIGHTEST COACH out there...period! Your diligence definitely paid off.
Now, time for me to go say "Neener Neener to my buddy who rubbed my nose in his 'over 6 hour cycle time'"! So, thanks for the Super-Sized Humble Juice!

We have been in the coach fulltime for a month now. I have not heard the compressor run a single time except when a door is operated. Yes, just bragging
I know it wont last....

Well that's something to brag about Jim. Ours was every 6 hours now it's down to every 4 hours. I can see it on my energy use graph. The Prevost doesn't even have an auxiliary compressor.

I started to hear the compressor once at night, then eventually twice and then more frequently. Yesterday after arriving at a new campsite the compressor started cycling every 30 minutes or so, totally unacceptable!
Discovered a 3/8" push-in fitting on the front 6 pack pressure port leaking. Installed a compression fitting & have not heard the compressor since!

It's a constant battle I tell ya! I had mine down to twice a day, then once every 6 hours, 4 hours and 2 hours. Turned out the shifter had a bad solenoid which was replaced by the rebuilder last year. I got it back [shifter] yesterday and threw it in after dinner to satiate my curiosity. By 8pm some three hours later, the aux tank lost 9psi. I'm good with that. The front 6pack needs to be redone but I ran out of time. We are hitting the road early next week. So much to do.
Either way, You are still the record holder for longest leak free coach. It really is something to be proud of and more so since you have a gazillion more fittings than the older coaches.

That is just incredible. I've had 653 to about 6 hours, but now we're back to about an hour and I"m looking forward to really digging in this winter when I'm moving into a little larger shop space and I can spend considerable time getting back to at least that 6 hour range. Truly can't fathom 44 hours and I have a manual entry door.

Its irritating soon as you thing wow every 6 hours is a tight ship then it starts dropping and it hasn't moved since April. Now Jim has bragging rights!
