40' coach with a tag = 48-52" less space in the basement. Short wheelbase, scrubbing of tag tires, if NO lift provided.

Every tire is dry rotted and not safe, ice maker is disconnected, leak on widow in bedroom. Generator will not start so can't check the ac units. Rear motorcycle lift is frozen in the up position. Has sat for a long time but the 8v92 starts right up.
