What have you guys replaced your battery merge solenoids with? I am finding stuff varying from 140 amp to 300amp capacity. Mine still functions for now but would like to have a spare on hand.
Thanks!

I’ve used the White Rodgers WRS-586-911 in the past. It carries 200A continuous duty, 600A surge, & has 12V coil. They can be paralleled to achieve whatever ampacity desired.
They run about $90.00 from US manufacturers usually, about half from pacific rim suppliers.

The key, whether you use the White Rodgers or a Cole Hersey, is that the merge solenoid MUST be a continuous duty version. Or the coil in the solenoid will have a short life.
