I am having serious Valid level problems. I can't raise the rear of the coach.
1. I have check the rear raise valves to see if the are engaging when the manual raise button is pressed and it does.
2. checked the the rear travel valves. they engage but it doesn't raise.
3. There is air to the six pack block which i checked by disconnecting the air input to make sure.
4. checked the valves for travel and they engage.
I'm in a position where I can raise the rear to drive. I called Valid and Dan North seems to think there is no air to the block. It is almost liked something is stopping the air from moving inside the block.
The block is from HWH but the rest is Valid. Tried calling HWH but no luck.
Any suggestions of what to check would be greatly appreciated

Just a guess, but have you changed your air drier filter?
That will keep mine from raising.

Ron,
With the engine running....what does the air gauge by the batteries read? Maybe Steve is right....if the pop-off valve on the dryer is stuck open, you might not be making enough air to raise coach.
I assume you have been running engine on fast idle to test. If not, you might try that too.

Yeah make sure you are making at least 120’psi on your service air. Anything less wont raise the rear

Im running about 125 psi..I talked to Gordon yesterday and follow some sage advice and pulled the lines to the leveling valves and kind of blew out the block. Then I hardwired the raise valves and it seemed to work. I've been sitting with all sides and loss of air and can raise the coach.
I would like to the the main compressor to push about 127 psi. slight margin would be better.

I changed the dryer housing and filter last year and i probably need to change it again after this problem.

Ron,
Obviously a lot went on offline.
Did you hotwire the rear solenoids because they were not getting a signal?
Could you raise the rear in Level mode?
Were both sides relatively equal? If they were that sort of indicates a low pressure problem, since the likelihood of a failure happening on both sides at the same time is pretty low. The front will raise with about 90 psi but the back takes about 120

Yes Richard, I am to blame for "a lot going on offline". I happened to be signing in and saw Ron's "help" post so I called him. He stated his air pressure was at ~120 at the inlet to the 6 pack. So, by process of elimination I asked him if he was in travel (YES) and did he have voltage on his travel solenoids (YES) so I asked him to remove the output lines to the RHV and he thought he did have air on the output. He was tapping the stems of the solenoids as well. Anyway long story short the rear started raising. He returned a call and I told him he must have had a valve stuck or leaking. I told him to order repair kits from Tom and go through his six packs.
